📋 Description

• Own growth funnel: strategy, metrics, activation, retention across platform
• Build compounding loops: referrals, word of mouth, community, virality
• Instrument product to measure conversions, drop-offs, and moves the needle
• Run high-velocity experiments: rapid A/B tests and strong hypotheses
• Unlock new growth channels: SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, PLG
• Grow AI agents as first-class users of our platform

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product with 2-3+ end-to-end ownership of growth
• Growth craft: funnel analysis, cohort modeling, experimentation design
• API-first or developer-facing products (Web2/Web3)
• Analytical and decisive; build models fast and act on signal
• Align engineering, marketing, and sales around growth without authority
