Lead strategy and execution for the full futures product surface (UI/DOM/ladder)
Own end-to-end futures trading experience: discovery to margins
Partner with tech and ops to expand futures infra and client UX
Develop deep futures expertise to shape platform for retail traders
Define and track OKRs/KPIs tied to futures volume and retention
Collaborate with marketing to onboard new traders via micro contracts

🎯 Requirements

5+ years product management with successful complex initiatives
Deep familiarity with futures markets (SPAN, margins, roll)
Experience building high-performance trading UI (web/mobile/desktop)
Fintech/retail brokerage background in regulated environments
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional influence
Prototyping, A/B testing, analytics; AI/ML experience a plus
