Senior Product Manager - Financial Crime (Anti Money Laundering/Transaction Monitoring)

📋 Description

• Own Transaction Monitoring across fiat, crypto, card, and hybrid flows; lead the domain.
• Translate AML requirements into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Define and evolve monitoring rules, risk typologies for multiple frameworks.
• Drive false positives reduction, alert quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering on vendor integrations, data models, and event schemas.
• Partner with Compliance, Data Science, and regulators with strong product narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years AML/Transaction Monitoring products.
• Hands-on crypto monitoring (Stablecoins) or VASP compliance.
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic).
• Experience with travel rule tools (Notabene, Sumsub).
• Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management.
