Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define roadmap for core GRC capabilities: controls, evidence, framework, audits
• Define MVP experiences, ship quickly, iterate with data/feedback
• Form hypotheses and run lean product experiments
• Partner with engineering and design to build growth-driven products
• Collaborate with GTM to plan alpha/beta/GA with clear criteria
• Define success metrics from activation to long-term retention

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years delivering software products as a PM
• Deep customer empathy and effective discovery interviews
• Break big vision into well-scoped, high-impact deliverables
• Data-driven prioritization grounded in customer insight
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with drive to pursue opportunities
• Cross-functional collaboration across PMs, Eng, Design, Marketing, CS
• Strong communication and analytical skills; AI-aware mindset
