Senior Product Manager, Expansion

📋 Description

• Own expansion surfaces turning usage into paying customers.
• Own admin upgrade flow to increase seats.
• Drive credit/plan upsells based on deeper usage.
• Coordinate hand-offs to Apollo's sales team.
• Report on expansion health and leakage.
• Collaborate with Activation, Free-to-Paid, Pricing & Packaging teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Go deep with paying customers to understand needs and friction.
• Prototype fast with Claude Code; ship to learn, then scale.
• Use AI as a daily multiplier to automate busywork and align teams.
• Write clear specs and tradeoffs; partner with design and engineering.
• Measure funnel and expansion metrics; feed learnings to next cycle.
• Drive cross-team alignment across Free-to-Paid, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, Support.
