- Deep understanding of shopper and retailer experience; focus on outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; moving fast with high standards.
- Preferred: B2B PM, enterprise software, client services, or partner success.
- Preferred: Built products for frontline/operational users (retail staff).
