- Manage ESPs and inbox technology partners; onboard vendors across regions.
- Define roadmap; prioritize email features to maximize deliverability and reliability.

- Ensure CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL compliance; translate changes into product requirements.
- Be the email domain expert; support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
🎯 Requirements
- 4–7+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management (MarTech, messaging, or infra).
- Experience managing ESPs/inbox tech vendors and email infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of email deliverability mechanics, sender reputation, authentication standards.
- Solid grasp of APIs and distributed systems for message delivery.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Familiarity with global email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
