Senior Product Manager, edX Commerce

📋 Description

• Own the edX.org commerce roadmap: checkout, billing, pricing, and orders.
• Lead the consumer subscription offering, including billing flows and tier management.
• Consolidate edX commerce onto a unified backend for subscription and a la carte.
• Develop a sequenced revenue roadmap: dynamic pricing, multi-currency, geopricing, promotions, personalization.
• Partner with engineering to migrate to a modern backend while preserving learner experience.
• Define engineering backlog and lead cross-functional teams to deliver the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience in ecommerce.
• Experience with subscription commerce models: billing, pricing tiers, upgrades, and downgrades.
• A/B testing and experimentation in commerce contexts.
• Global commerce capabilities: multi-currency, geopricing, localization.
• Experience with platform migrations or backend consolidation initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
