🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management, with logistics, supply chain, or complex B2B marketplace experience.
- Deep understanding of shipment management; dropshipping or distributed fulfillment experience.
- Familiarity with operational-financial flows: costs, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Experience integrating with WMS, ERP, TMS, or carrier platforms; able to speak product/tech fluently.
- Exceptional communicator in English; able to align stakeholders across leadership, ops, and finance.
- Data-driven and autonomous, with strong critical thinking in fast-moving environments.
