Senior Product Manager, Data Services

📋 Description

• End-to-End Ownership: Own the roadmap, requirements, and release cycles for core Data Services products.
• Technical Spec’ing: Write high-quality PRDs that anticipate edge cases in blockchain data (re-orgs, latency) and provide clear direction to Engineering.
• Customer Feedback Loop: Spend significant time with power users and enterprise partners to identify gaps in our data offerings and turn them into scalable features.
• Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on the evolving Web3 data landscape (Subgraphs, Indexers, Analytics) to ensure Alchemy remains the industry standard.
• Cross-functional Execution: Partner with Sales and Support to ensure the field is equipped to sell and support your products effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience shipping developer-facing APIs and data platforms.
• Data fluency: SQL; REST vs GraphQL; data consistency and indexing.
• Distributed systems & modeling: high-throughput data, streaming pipelines.
• API design & performance: REST/GraphQL APIs, latency vs cost trade-offs; SLAs.
• Execution bias: get-it-done attitude; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Nice-to-have: Protocol indexing and cross-chain semantics.
