Build data infrastructure with engineering to measure Health Equity impact.
Lead interoperability strategy and deepen CareMessage integrations across key EHRs.
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Engineering to guide development.
Remote, diverse team; report to the Director of Product.

🎯 Requirements

Explicit experience with clinical data and interoperability.
Proven growth as a PM with 2+ product roles in Health Tech.
Track record owning data/interoperability product verticals in B2B SaaS.
Extensive experience with healthcare data, standards (FHIR, HL7), and EHRs.
Interest in remote work and working with a distributed team.
