📋 Description

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data collection and transformations.
• Build and scale the Data Transformation Platform for Algolia-ready data formats.
• Ensure high data quality; define metrics and instrumentation.
• Partner with Connector Platform, Data Platform, AI Search, and Infra teams.
• Drive outcomes like faster onboarding and improved data quality.
• Operate with autonomy, influencing strategy across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, B2B SaaS, data platforms, or developer products.
• Proven IC able to own and grow a technical product area end-to-end.
• Strong ETL/ELT, data transformation, schema design, and data quality experience.
• Familiar with event tracking, ingestion frameworks, and data modeling for search/analytics/ML.
• Experience with APIs, connectors, and data tooling in developer-first or platform environments.
• Vision-driven with KPIs and a roadmap for a complex technical product.
• Able to align across teams and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Clear, strategic communicator; experience presenting product strategies and roadmaps to leadership.
