📋 Description

  • Define and drive the roadmap for the Dashboard and enterprise platforms.
  • Build tools to streamline workflows across card/account management, investigations, and disputes.
  • Deliver dashboards and reporting for real-time operational visibility.
  • Design systems for secure, compliant financial operations (identity, permissions, governance).
  • Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, case management, support tooling, data platforms).
  • Identify and deliver AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-8+ years PM experience building enterprise software for operations teams.
  • Strong technical product leadership; partner with Engineering and Design on complex systems.
  • Operational dashboards and case management exp; Salesforce/Zendesk/ServiceNow a plus.
  • Domain knowledge in regulated environments—disputes, fraud, or compliance workflows.
  • Strategic execution: define strategy, prioritize roadmaps, drive end-to-end.
  • Ownership mindset; cross-functional, end-to-end ownership, scale.
