Senior Product Manager, Dashboard and Internal Tools

📋 Description

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Partner Lead Portal and internal tools.
• Shift Lead Portal to proactive by surfacing insights and actions.
• Improve daily tools for Operations and Support teams.
• Serve as subject matter expert on internal tools and users.
• Define strategy, priorities, and KPIs; present to leadership.
• Create, monitor, and assess success metrics; share results with leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Customer Operations.
• Synthesize and prioritize user needs; articulate problems and impact.
• Drive end-to-end feature development — PRDs, design, launch, analyze, iterate.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager; fintech or lending preferred.
• Experience building internal tools and dashboards for workflow-driven products.
• Experience owning high-traffic portals where information architecture, speed, and usability matter.
• Comfort designing AI-assisted dashboards; use AI tools and surface automation.
• Proven ability to operate quickly in fast-moving environments.
• Strong analytical thinking; define KPIs and tradeoffs.
• Highly collaborative; work with Eng, Design, Data, Ops, GTM, and execs to ship features.
