• Define and own the Communications Platform and Work Orders.
• Shape a scalable MaaS-style stack with Bandwidth and Twilio.
• Own end-to-end outcomes across core workflows, not just AI.

• Drive reliability, scalability, and platform-wide impact.

• 7+ years product management in high-impact areas.
• Strong judgment and prioritization under real-world constraints.
• Technical fluency; work with engineers on integrations and migrations.
• Experience owning operational or mission-critical workflows.
• Clear cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Ownership mindset and GGSD culture; bias toward action.
