Senior Product Manager, Customer Insights

📋 Description

• Own Customer Insights strategy, roadmap, and execution end-to-end
• Define the usage data layer with metrics for renewal and expansion
• Evolve enterprise-ready audit logs
• Define Mural's POV on AI-native insights; ship initial AI capabilities
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to win renewals and expansion
• Engage with Admins, IT, and Security to validate priorities and roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years PM experience in analytics or data products
• Strong data fluency in data models, instrumentation, and pipeline tradeoffs
• AI product sense from using AI tools; point of view on AI-native data products
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous questions into clear product surfaces
• Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success on renewals
• Excellent cross-functional communication across data, design, engineering, and revenue teams
