  • Own and drive the product roadmap for member experience products
  • Define AI integration strategy for the member portal with LLMs and Generative AI
  • Partner with Insights & Data Science to define AI performance metrics
  • Partner with Ops & Eng to create human-in-the-loop AI experiences ensuring compliance
  • Bridge digital self-service and human-led clinical service via CCaaS hand-off
  • Collaborate with sales, client success, CX and clinical teams to meet customer needs

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years experience; 5–8 in Product Management; healthcare tech preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI lifecycles in regulated NLP and CCaaS integration
  • Familiarity with enterprise software and mobile development
  • Familiarity with operating in regulated industries (HIPAA, FINRA, CCPA, etc.)
