Senior Product Manager, Crypto Trading

📋 Description

• Define and drive strategy to lead crypto trading on Robinhood.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities in trading UX and market structure.
• Ship advanced trading capabilities, exchange integrations, and routing improvements.
• Build CeDeFi experiences embedding onchain products, staking, and DeFi features.
• Use research, experimentation, and analytics to inform decisions.
• Deliver high-quality products with speed in a fast-moving market.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience in a consumer facing product management role
• At least 1 year of shipping crypto products
• Familiarity using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making
• Ability to balance strategic with creative decision making
• A strong sense of urgency and speed
