Senior Product Manager, Credit and Lending

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Altruist’s Credit & Lending ecosystem.
• Lead discovery and launch of new liquidity products, starting with Margin.
• Define success metrics and outcomes aligned with the mission.
• Partner across Compliance, Finance, and Operations to build sound, customer-centric products.
• Champion speed with quality, balancing MVP releases with regulatory rigor.
• Build a data-driven culture using analytics and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with fintech, credit, or regulated environments.
• Strategic: align product vision with company strategy, outcomes, and user behavior.
• Execution-focused: move quickly with smart tradeoffs while preserving quality and compliance.
• Influential: lead through context and collaboration; inspire engineers, designers, and executives.
• Data-savvy: use data and insights to challenge assumptions, validate direction, and measure success.
• Bonus: Experience building or scaling credit, margin, or lending products in fintech.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Reg T or FINRA Rule 4210; liquidity risk management.
