Senior Product Manager, Consumer Payments

📋 Description

• Own the consumer payments product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Define end-to-end payment experiences: wallet, stored value, guest checkout, rewards-linked payments, and new methods.
• Partner with Consumer and Guest teams to craft seamless payment experiences across Toast surfaces.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Legal, and Ops to design compliant, scalable, and economically compelling solutions.
• Drive discovery and prioritization based on customer needs, impact, feasibility, and differentiation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal platforms and external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including payments/fintech experience.
• Track record of defining, building, and scaling products in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, wallets, stored value, or alternative payment methods.
• Ability to balance customer experience, technical complexity, risk/compliance constraints, and business economics.
• Strong technical fluency and comfort partnering with engineering on architecture and APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders.
