Senior Product Manager - Consumer Growth Incentives

📋 Description

• Define and build the Incentive Primitives from 0-to-1
• Lead 0-to-1 design of core components: targeting, payout models, tools
• Build the Incentives Engine to enable fast, high-ROI campaigns
• Create the Intelligence Layer with data models and AB testing
• Partner with Risk & Compliance to prevent fraud and scale safely
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, marketing, and finance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years product management, growth-focused
• Experience in Growth, Promotions or Incentives
• 0-to-1 mindset; willing to roll up sleeves and do the job manually
• 1-to-N systems thinking; scalable engine mindset
• Analytical; partner with Data Science for measurement & AB testing
• Strong communication; cross-functional leadership
• Nice to have crypto experience or interest
