Senior Product Manager, Consumer AI & Agents

📋 Description

• Focus on the user via research, data, and A/B testing.
• Understand the platform tech: LLMs, voice models, fine-tuning, memory, journeys.
• Define and drive product roadmap for Consumer AI & Agents.
• Drive execution with engineering and research; write PRDs and stories; manage backlog.
• Apply technical expertise in algorithms, distributed systems, and model optimization.
• Measure success with metrics and experiments; translate insights into strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years total experience; 3+ years shipping consumer mobile/web PM.
• Bachelor's in CS or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products; familiarity with APIs, inference, distributed architectures.
• Strong CS foundation; discuss algorithms, data structures, and model optimization with ML researchers.
• Translate AI/ML concepts into user-facing features.
• Preferred: MS/PhD in CS/AI; PM for LLM/conversational AI; 0-to-1 scale; cross-functional leadership.
