📋 Description

• Identify tactical opportunities to grow engagement, using experimentation and data.
• Develop a 2-3 year strategic plan for growth and community engagement.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and marketing to ship results.
• Execute short- and long-term plans amid ambiguity.
• Advocate for viewers and streamers in the evolution of the notifications product.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience, 2+ years in consumer growth/engagement/notifications.
• Proven growth via experimentation; run A/B tests and ship data-driven improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven intuition when data is incomplete.
• Proven track record defining and delivering product strategy in fast, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication to articulate customer problems and align stakeholders.
