- Experience with MSP, channel/VAR models and managed services.
- Exposure to security programme management, GRC, or vCISO delivery.
- Experience in product feedback, customer success, or VOC in B2B SaaS/security.
- End-user training, onboarding, or adoption program experience.
- AI-native mindset; actively using AI tools in daily work.
