π― Requirements
- Proven experience designing and scaling chat automation or conversational AI products.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Experience with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs and microservice architecture.
- Data-driven decisions; SQL proficiency preferred.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in software dev or digital product mgmt.
