Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead product discovery and delivery for EU-based supply chain and logistics clients.
• Define product vision and strategy aligned with European regulatory and operational needs.
• Align features with EU compliance standards (GDPR, customs, sustainability).
• Conduct market research and customer interviews across European markets.
• Define, prioritise, and manage the product backlog by impact, value, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and legal teams to ensure delivery and integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software.
• Experience with European supply chain systems and EU regulatory frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise and supply chain platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance day-to-day product management workflows, including research, documentation, analysis, prioritisation, and decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in distributed environments.
