📋 Description

• Define strategy and roadmap for Toast Checking with cross-functional teams.
• Create and present business cases for new product investments; measure outcomes.
• Write user stories and define requirements, workflows, and wireframes.
• Manage backlog and facilitate agile ceremonies for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and stakeholders to align.
• Define success metrics, dashboards, and adoption initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in product management.
• Passion for innovating in financial services and transforming restaurant & hospitality.
• Experience taking products from inception to post-launch success.
• Strong execution with speed and quality.
• Customer obsession; run VoC and translate insights into roadmaps.
• Comfortable with data analysis tools like SQL and Excel.
