Partner with Ops, Clinical, and Provider teams to uncover needs.
Collaborate with Eng, Design, and Data Science to ship AI-driven, scalable products.
Work with Ops, Legal, Compliance and partners for viable, compliant delivery.
Define metrics (auto-approval rate, turnaround time) and iterate with Data.
Shape AI and decisioning across Oscar's core workflows.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years cross-functional PM or PM-adjacent experience.
4+ years driving rigorous prioritization processes.
4+ years with tech systems; backend, DBs, and SQL.
2+ years leading complex, cross-domain initiatives.
2+ years root-causing ambiguous problems and roadmaps.
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
