🎯 Requirements

- Comfortable reading and discussing technical designs and trade-offs
- Experience defining APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fintech, payments, FX, or financial infrastructure experience preferred
