🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years as a Product Manager in fintech, crypto, payments, or regulated finance.
- 2+ years delivering AML/Transaction Monitoring products.
- Hands-on exposure to crypto monitoring (stablecoins) or VASP compliance.
- Experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis/TRM/Elliptic) and travel-rule tools.
- Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations and performance management.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to influence across functions/geographies.
