Senior Product Manager (Anti Money Laundering/Transaction Monitoring)

• Balance growth vs risk trade-offs.

• Translate into a clear roadmap across fiat, crypto, and card spends.
• Define/evolve monitoring rules, risk typologies, and AI model inputs for compliance.
• Drive improvements in false positives, alert quality, and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in fintech, crypto, payments, regulated financial services.
• 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years working on AML / Transaction Monitoring products.
• Hands-on exposure to crypto transaction monitoring (Stablecoins) or VASP compliance.
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic or similar).
• Experience with travel rule tools (Notabene, Sumsub or similar).
