🎯 Requirements
- Fintech, crypto, payments or regulated financial services experience.
- 4+ years as a Product Manager.
- 2+ years working on AML/Transaction Monitoring products.
- Crypto transaction monitoring experience (stablecoins) or VASP.
- Experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic).
- Experience with travel rule tools (Notabene, Sumsub).
- Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations and performance.
- Analytical thinking and proficiency with system design discussions.
- Ability to influence across functions and geographies to drive alignment and execution.
- Nice to have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
