🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years as a Product Manager in fintech/payments.
- 2+ years on AML/Transaction Monitoring products.
- Crypto TM monitoring exposure (stablecoins) or VASP compliance.
- Experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic or similar).
- Experience with travel rule tools (Notabene, Sumsub or similar).
- Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management.
- Analytical thinking and system design discussions.
