Senior Product Manager, AI CSM

📋 Description

• Define the AI CSM vision and roadmap for onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
• Identify key moments where AI drives activation, adoption, retention, and growth.
• Collaborate with GTM, Care, and CSM to design a hybrid auto/high-touch model.
• Develop experimentation frameworks to measure impact on adoption and health.
• Set quality standards for AI guidance: accuracy, trust, and brand alignment.
• Work with AI/ML, Engineering, Design, Analytics to ship scalable experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product management, with growth, CS, or AI focus.
• Built and scaled 0→1 products via iteration and measurable impact.
• Experience building products using behavioral data, personalization, or recommendations.
• Strong SaaS lifecycle metrics: activation, engagement, retention, expansion, churn.
• Technical fluency with ML engineers, data models, APIs, LLMs, and production AI.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Product, Eng, Design, Data, Sales, CS.
