- Make embedded experiences feel native with intuitive UX/UI per context
- Ensure scheduling modalities are surfaced on websites while core config stays in Acuity
- Experiment with new scheduling flows and lead-gen pathways using hypothesis-driven product development
🎯 Requirements
- 3–6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with APIs, platform ecosystems, or SaaS integrations
- Skilled in working across separate product orgs to align partners around shared goals and end-to-end customer flows
- Curious, hypothesis-driven, and comfortable running experiments to learn what scheduling experiences work best
- Strong technical communicator, comfortable working with engineers, external developers, and platform teams
- Customer-centric thinker focused on reducing friction, improving activation, and ensuring a consistent Acuity standard
- Nice to Have: Growth product experience
