- Develop the roadmap and align initiatives with business goals.
- Partner with ads teams and cross-functional groups to ship value for advertisers and Reddit users.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, sales, marketing, and external partners.

🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in AdTech.
- Experience testing GenAI or Creative-focused ads ideas.
- Experience driving strategy with ML-based AdTech products.
- Track record delivering product strategy with quantifiable business impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical degree in CS/engineering/math/economics or related field; plus: growth, large initiatives, 6+ yrs PM in tech.
