🎯 Requirements

5+ years in product management, ideally in B2C ecommerce/marketing
Proven revenue and engagement growth via product-led strategies
Experience building and owning a product roadmap
Structured, data-driven thinking with bias to action
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
Experience with agile software development
