Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Set a clear vision and strategy for MongoDB-to-MongoDB migrations and translate to bets.
• Make hard prioritisation calls, including saying no when needed, and own the outcomes.
• Define and own end-to-end migration roadmap from assessment to cutover.
• Develop deep knowledge of migration tools to shape requirements.
• Convey product direction to engineering leaders, partners, and customers when they disagree.
• Engage with customers and field partners to understand migration use cases and pain points.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management on technically complex, infrastructure-level products.
• Demonstrated success owning enterprise-grade, technical products end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Technical fluency: discuss architecture, failure modes, and tradeoffs with engineers.
• Proven ability to ramp quickly on complex products and domains and drive proactive ownership.
• Strong track record of being customer-obsessed and field-connected.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to audiences (engineering, executives, customers, field).
• Strong analytical skills and metrics rigor to define success and use data for judgment.
• Decision-making speed and conviction under ambiguity; defend hard calls under pushback.
