Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the DOKS vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build a roadmap focused on scalability, performance, security, and developer experience.
• Engage with customers to identify Kubernetes pain points and opportunities.
• Create features that delight users based on insights.
• Evangelize the product via blogs and conferences.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, engineering, and leadership to align on vision and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in cloud-native tech, Docker, Kubernetes, GPU/AI infra, microservices, and DevOps.
• Understand how these enable developers to build, deploy, and scale apps efficiently.
• Deep understanding of developer/Kubernetes needs, incl. AI inference on Kubernetes.
• Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous requirements and develop clear product strategies.
• Understanding billing meters, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Experience analyzing P&L data and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field such as CS or Engineering.
