🎯 Requirements
- 5-8+ years of product management in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts.
- Strong systems thinking; design workflows across multiple systems and teams.
- Partner with operations to map current-state processes and design scalable future-state.
- Comfort with data models, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong technical fluency; collaborate with engineering on tradeoffs and architecture.
- Clear, concise communication with senior stakeholders and frontline operators.
