Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and drive traveler and travel manager experience across countries and platforms (Berlin hybrid: in-office 3 days/week).
• Support expansion of booking and servicing on K4B to attract new customers.
• Collect feedback from users with account management and partners; respond to users.
• Advocate for travelers and travel managers; maintain a robust feature roadmap.
• Craft feature requirements; weigh impact against goals and technical feasibility.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define specs and launch features to benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• Specific travel/hospitality product experience; technical experience preferred.
• Collaboration with team members across time zones; work with commercial & engineering teams.
• Experience as a Product Owner in Agile teams is a plus.
• Collaboration with third parties to bring a technical solution to market.
• Ability to align product opportunities with business goals and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL queries and data-driven decisions.
