Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and prioritise a high-performing product squad toward a strategic goal.
• Understand user goals in our marketplace and build a leading customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, support, operations, finance, engineering and data teams.
• Navigate regulatory environments across NDIS and Aged Care sectors.
• Balance customer, engineering and commercial needs to prioritise backlog and roadmap.
• Test qualitative and quantitative hypotheses quickly to iterate and grow.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a consumer SaaS, e-commerce or marketplace product.
• Deep knowledge of analytics tools and reporting; data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable in an agile environment; groom backlogs and plan sprints.
• Translate stakeholder insights into well-scoped, commercial outcomes.
• Enjoy talking to customers and gathering insights.
• Experience with regulated environments is a plus.
