🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree (tech field preferred)
8+ years in tech, 5+ years PM ownership
Track record delivering outcomes tied to OKRs
Deep customer empathy; synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights
Strong analytics: metrics design, funnel analysis; SQL desirable
Technical fluency: APIs, data flows, system architecture
