Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Understand business, customers, market, and data of our product to delight users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and more.
• Break down opportunities into concrete, measurable actions to achieve objectives.
• Analyze product performance, hypothesize, test, and improve metrics.
• Develop features from ideation to release: gather data, hypothesize, experiments, goals and requirements, track performance.
• Lead a product squad: roadmap, prioritization, sprint planning, refinements, and retros.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• English proficiency.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to present complex technical information clearly to varied audiences.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams, providing feedback.
