Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a Campus product
• Deeply understand customer pain points and turn them into products with engineers and designers
• Break down ambiguous problems into viable solutions across projects and workstreams
• Drive high-velocity execution for a core Campus user group, backed by data-driven decisions
• Help thousands of students earn their degree by expanding product capabilities
• Contribute to evolution of Campus product management practices as we scale
• Get comfortable with rapid prototyping and leveraging AI tooling in workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or software, with a track record shipping impact
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking
• Low ego, high EQ, and a strong collaborator
• Fluency in data and data-driven decisions, while trusting your gut
• Ruthlessly prioritize and clearly evaluate trade-offs
• Lead and influence small cross-functional teams of engineers and designers
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Move fast, tackle ambiguous problems, and sweat the details
