Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and promote the long-term roadmap for SaaS/on-prem IP-based audio/notification solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: opportunity assessment, business case, go-to-market.
• Act as final backlog decision-maker, balancing technical debt, maintenance, and innovation for ROI.
• Analyze cloud costs, licensing, and overhead to optimize cost-to-serve.
• Collaborate with Exec Leadership, Sales, and Marketing to align goals with revenue targets and customer needs.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and advisory board sessions to stay industry leader.

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end management of B2B SaaS and integrated hardware/software solutions.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, API integrations, and IP networking.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall; mentor BAs and POs.
• Expert knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and PM roadmapping software.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or NPDP/CPM/CSPO preferred; 5–7 yrs PM exp.
