  • Serve as the feedback channel between field and Product; capture usability and feature gaps.
  • Submit regional reports on adoption blockers, features, competitive intelligence, and MSP delivery.
  • Be the primary field resource for MSP partners; provide product knowledge and positioning.
  • Track partner enablement across regional MSPs; flag gaps and readiness to scale.
  • Help partners develop onboarding and delivery playbooks for CISO Advantage deployment.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, and CS to align enablement and messaging.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8 years in a cybersecurity role (pre-sales, partner success, or security consulting).
  • Experience with MSP, channel partner, or VAR environments.
  • Exposure to security programme management, GRC, or vCISO service delivery.
  • Experience in product feedback or voice-of-customer roles within B2B SaaS or security.
  • End-user training, onboarding, or adoption program experience.
  • Translate security concepts into clear guidance for MSPs and end users.
