π― Requirements
- 5β8 years in a cybersecurity role (pre-sales, partner success, or security consulting).
- Experience with MSP, channel partner, or VAR environments.
- Exposure to security programme management, GRC, or vCISO service delivery.
- Experience in product feedback or voice-of-customer roles within B2B SaaS or security.
- End-user training, onboarding, or adoption program experience.
- Translate security concepts into clear guidance for MSPs and end users.
