🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years professional software engineering experience
- Understanding of the agentic software development stack for coding agents
- Strong track record leading complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience building and operating platform systems that others depend on
- Experience operating and scaling production systems (reliability, performance, on-call)
- Strong product judgment balancing UX, speed, correctness, long-term maintainability
- Comfort with modern web stacks: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, Temporal
