Senior Product Documentation & Knowledge Systems Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, and Support to embed docs in the product lifecycle.
• Own the strategy and execution of Total Expert’s documentation ecosystem (guides, in-product help).
• Design and maintain scalable documentation systems, templates, and content standards.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate content creation, updates, and reuse.
• Ensure documentation is clear, actionable, and aligned with user mental models.
• Establish feedback loops with Support and internal teams to improve docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product documentation, technical writing, or knowledge management in SaaS.
• Applied systems thinking to content strategy: IA, modular content, reuse, governance.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve documentation quality and speed.
• Write clearly for multiple audiences, from loan officers to enterprise admins.
• Comfortable cross-functional collaboration and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
• Minimal travel required (2-3 times per year).
