🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years designing customer-facing websites/landing pages in fintech/crypto.
- Proficient with Figma, Miro, JIRA; experience with design systems.
- Strong UX/UI design, able to lead projects and mentor peers.
- Fluent in English; German a plus.
- Experience using analytics and user insights to optimize funnels.
- Able to collaborate across teams and define goals and timelines.
